The invention relates to weight hoisting equipment with an anti-shaking function for road and bridge construction. The weight hoisting equipment with the anti-shaking function for road and bridge construction comprises two symmetrically arranged brackets, wherein a bearing plate for bearing a weight is fixedly assembled on the upper portions of the brackets; a stabilizing plate which is in sliding connection with a guide rod fixed to the brackets is movably arranged between the two brackets; a hoisting assembly is movably mounted on the bearing plate; the lower side of the hoisting assembly penetrates through a stabilizing assembly movably mounted on the stabilizing plate to reduce the shaking amplitude of the hoisting assembly during hoisting; the hoisting assembly is further connected with a horizontal movement mechanism for driving the hoisting assembly to move; and the horizontal movement mechanism is connected with a following mechanism through a first bevel gear set to enable the stabilizing assembly and the hoisting assembly to move synchronously. The weight hoisting equipment is novel in design, simple in structure and high in practicability.
