The invention provides a method for measuring the creep distance between a traction sheave groove and a steel wire rope of an elevator. The method comprises the following steps that a vibration signal of an elevator car is acquired through a vibration sensor, and the vibration signal is collected and preprocessed by using a data acquisition instrument; angular displacement signals of a traction wheel in the ascending and descending processes are collected through a pulse encoder arranged on the traction wheel; the operation distance of the steel wire rope is obtained based on the preprocessed vibration signal, and the operation distance of the traction sheave groove is calculated based on the angular displacement signals collected by the pulse encoder; and the creep distance between the traction sheave groove and the steel wire rope is obtained by subtracting the operation distance of the steel wire rope and the operation distance of the traction sheave groove. According to the method, the creep distance between the steel wire rope and the traction wheel can be well and accurately measured, and the traction force of a traction machine and whether faults exist or not can be judged.

    本发明提出了一种一种电梯曳引轮槽和钢丝绳蠕动距离测量方法,包括如下步骤:通过振动传感器采集电梯轿厢振动信号,并使用数采仪收集并预处理所述振动信号;通过安装于曳引轮上的脉冲编码器采集曳引轮在上行与下行过程中的角位移信号;基于预处理后的振动信号获取钢丝绳运行距离,并基于脉冲编码器采集的角位移信号计算得到曳引轮槽的运行距离;将钢丝绳运行距离和曳引轮槽的运行距离作差得到曳引轮槽与钢丝绳之间的蠕动距离。本发明的方法,能够较好和精确的测量出钢丝绳和曳引轮之间的蠕动距离,并判断出曳引机曳引力的大小及其是否存在故障。
