The invention provides a thruster signal processing method and a thruster signal processing system for a satellite attitude and orbit control general test. The method includes: calculating the current thrust according to a pressure signal detected on a thruster; according to the installation matrix and the thrust, calculating a force and a moment acting under a satellite body coordinate system when the thruster works; collecting the thruster jet pulses through the I/O collection board card, and superposing the collected thruster jet duration to the satellite attitude dynamics model for numerical integration calculation. According to the method, the current thrust can be calculated according to the pressure on the basis of the nominal thrust, so that the method is suitable for thrusters of different sizes, the thruster installation matrix in dynamics can be configured and input, the method is suitable for different satellite models, and therefore the method has good universality.

    本发明提供了一种用于卫星姿轨控通用测试的推力器信号处理方法及系统,根据推力器上检测到的压力信号计算当前推力大小;根据安装矩阵和推力大小,计算推力器工作时作用在卫星本体坐标系下的力和力矩;通过I/O采集板卡采集推力器喷气脉冲,根据采集到的推力器喷气时长,并叠加至卫星姿态动力学模型进行数值积分计算。本发明中推力大小在标称推力基础上可根据压力进行当前推力计算,适用于不同大小推力器,动力学中推力器安装矩阵可以配置输入,适用于不同卫星型号,因此本方法具有较好的通用性。
