The invention discloses a portable aircraft fuselage measuring and attitude adjusting system which comprises a control terminal, a digital positioner connected with the control terminal, an attitude adjusting gyroscope and a laser measuring instrument. The attitude adjusting gyroscope is adsorbed on an aircraft body; the number of the digital positioners is not less than three, the digital positioners comprise two front positioners and a rear positioner, the front positioners are located on the two sides of the front end of the aircraft respectively, and the rear positioner is located at the rear end of the aircraft. The device is small and flexible, and can be built at any place of a factory for measurement; the system performs attitude adjustment detection on the aircraft fuselage, so that the manufacturing and detection time of the aircraft fuselage is greatly shortened, and a report can be generated according to sorties; the device can also be applied to an omni-directional transport vehicle, accurate suspension and posture adjustment of multiple wheel sets are achieved, and transport stability and real-time adjustment of the posture of a vehicle body are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种便携式飞机机身测量调姿系统,包括控制终端、与控制终端相连接的数字化定位器、姿态调整陀螺仪和激光测量仪;姿态调整陀螺仪吸附于飞机机身;数字化定位器数量不少于三台,包括两台前部定位器和一台后部定位器,前部定位器分别位于飞机前端两侧,后部定位器位于飞机后端。本发明设备小巧灵活,可在厂区任意地点进行设备搭建进行测量;系统对飞机机身进行调姿检测,大大提升飞机机身制造检测时间,并可以根据架次生成报告;本发明还可以应用于全向运输车,实现多轮组精确悬挂调姿,保障运输平稳性和车体姿态的实时调整。
