The invention discloses a tilting rotorcraft and a power transmission device thereof, and relates to the field of aviation aircrafts. The tilting rotorcraft comprises a rotorcraft body, the head of the rotorcraft body is provided with an airflow rectification grating cover, and the tail of the rotorcraft body is provided with a wind driven generator which is electrically connected with a built-in power supply of the rotorcraft body. The airflow rectification grating cover is connected with the air inlet end of the wind driven generator through an airflow channel; a motor is arranged at the head of the body, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the propeller, and the motor is electrically connected with a body built-in power supply; the power output end of the engine is connected with tilting rotor power transmission boxes located on the tops of the outer ends of the left wing and the right wing of the aircraft body through overrun clutches. The control, the safety, the energy-saving utilization and the like are greatly changed and obviously improved; by integrating the system performance, the airplane generates qualitative change and progress.
