Existing wearable life-saving devices cannot effectively reduce the occurrence frequency of drowning death events due to the technical defects, so that the invention provides a drowning life-saving neck ring. The neck ring is light in weight, small in size and suitable for swimming, paddling and daily wearing, does not affect limb movement and wearing attractiveness in the wearing process, and can prevent the drowning phenomenon during swimming paddling and accidental drowning. When drowning occurs, a drowning person only needs to pull the neck ring to excite an inflation mechanism, so that the life-saving neck ring can be filled with an air bag in an extremely short time. Due to the fact that the air bag sleeves the neck of the drowning person, the drowning person does not need to keep body balance actively in the life-saving process, namely, no matter whether the drowning person is clear in consciousness or not and what state the limbs are in, a lifesaving device can support the head of the drowning person out of the water surface to achieve a lifesaving effect.

    现有的穿戴救生器,因其技术缺陷不能有效降低溺水死亡事件的发生频率,本发明提供一种溺水救生项环,该溺水救生项环质量轻、体积小,适合游泳、戏水和日常佩戴,佩戴过程中不影响肢体活动和穿戴的美观性,可防止游泳戏水和意外落水时发生溺水现象,当溺水发生时溺水者只需拉动项环便可激发充气机构使救生项环能在极短时间内充满气囊,由于气囊套在溺水者项部,救生过程中溺水者无需主动保持身体平衡,即无论溺水者意识是否清晰和肢体处于何种状态,救生器都能将溺水者头部托出水面,达到救生的作用。
