The invention aims to provide an offshore spilled oil tracking drifting buoy which comprises a water tank, an upper connecting plate, a bottom connecting plate and a water sailboard, the upper connecting plate comprises an upper circular ring, a web plate and a T-shaped barb, the T-shaped barb is mounted at the end of the web plate, the web plate is mounted on the outer side of the upper circular ring, a through mounting groove is formed between the web plate and the upper circular ring, the upper circular ring sleeves the upper portion of the water tank, the bottom connecting plate comprises a lower circular ring, a clamping groove is formed in the outer side of the lower circular ring, the lower circular ring is arranged on the lower portion of the water tank in a sleeving mode, the outer side of the water sailboard is arc-shaped, the inner side of the water sailboard is linear, the bottom of the water sailboard is arc-shaped and contracts inwards, a mounting protrusion is arranged on the top of the water sailboard, a mounting recess is formed between the bottom and the inner side of the water sailboard and matches the mounting groove, and the mounting recess matches a clamping groove, so that the water sailboard is mounted outside the water tank. The drifting buoy has good anti-dumping and anti-storm capacity, when the drifting buoy encounters disturbance, the oleophylic and hydrophobic side enters a water area, buoyancy is generated due to the fact that the drifting buoy does not absorb water, and the position of the drifting buoy is restored to the oil-water boundary through the buoyancy.
