Under the low vehicle speed, by acquiring the zero-speed master cylinder pressure after braking and the pedal release master cylinder pressure when a pedal is released, the zero-speed master cylinder pressure and the pedal release master cylinder pressure are compared with the preset pressure threshold value, the driving intention of a driver is judged, and when the driver intends to start starting and stopping, the start-stop function is controlled to be enabled. so that the start-stop function is started at a low vehicle speed, and meanwhile frequent start-stop is avoided through driving intention judgment.
