The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicles, and particularly relates to a vehicle locking acousto-optic self-adaptive adjusting system and method. The system comprises: a do-not-disturb period storage unit which is used for storing do-not-disturb periods; an environment sound recognition unit which is used for recognizing the environment volume around the vehicle; an environment light intensity identification unit which is used for identifying ambient light intensity around the vehicle; a wireless communication unit which is used for receiving information from the intelligent terminal; a sound output unit which is used for outputting sound; a light output unit which is used for outputting light; and a control device which is used for controlling the sound output unit and the light output unit according to information from the do-not-disturb time period storage unit, the environment sound recognition unit, the environment light intensity recognition unit and the wireless communication unit when receiving a signal for locking or unlocking the vehicle door. Through scene mode recognition, the vehicle locking horn sound and the vehicle locking lamp flicker can be intelligently adjusted, and turning-off, turning-on, turning-off and adjustment of a vehicle locking horn and the vehicle lamp flicker can be easily selected through the mobile phone application.
