The invention relates to the technical field of maglev train accessories, in particular to a maglev train supporting skid lining structure and a machining method thereof. The lining structure comprises a support, wherein the support is provided with a mounting face and a matching face which are opposite, and the support is provided with a plurality of assembling structures used for being assembled with the corresponding positions of a maglev train; at least one friction lining which is suitable for being fixed on the mounting surface of the bracket through a hot pressing process; wherein the matching surface of the bracket is suitable for being assembled and fixed with the maglev train after being matched with the assembling structure through a fastener. The friction lining and the support are subjected to hot-pressing bonding and one-time forming through the adhesive, the structure is simple, combination between the friction lining and the support is firmer and more reliable, and the problem that in the prior art, a clamping groove structure is adopted for direct clamping and fixing, and the falling-off potential safety hazard still exists is solved. The friction lining is better in friction performance and abrasion resistance, longer in service life and free of thermal damage and abnormal abrasion to the power supply track.

    本发明涉及磁悬浮列车配件技术领域,尤其是一种磁悬浮列车支撑滑撬衬片结构及其加工方法,衬片结构包括支架,其具有相对的安装面和配合面,支架上设有若干用于与磁悬浮列车的相应位置装配的装配结构;至少一个摩擦衬片,适于通过热压工艺固定在支架的安装面上;支架的配合面适于通过紧固件和装配结构配合后与磁悬浮列车装配固定。将摩擦衬片通过粘合剂与支架热压粘接一次成型,结构简单,摩擦衬片和支架之间的结合更加牢固可靠,解决了现有技术中采用卡槽结构直接卡接固定,仍然存在脱落的安全隐患。摩擦衬片的摩擦性能和耐磨性更好,使用寿命更长,对供电轨道无热损伤和异常磨耗。
