The invention relates to a construction protection method applied to residual ore on the top of a mine tunnel. The construction protection method comprises the following steps of grading the rock mass quality of a high-grade top protection layer mining area within the whole mine range; pre-supporting a mining site according to the quality grade of the rock mass of a stope, and then leveling and compacting the waste rock of a bottom plate by using a loading machine; and moving a construction protection device to the mining site through safety confirmation after protection is completed. The construction protection device comprises a base with rolling wheels, wherein a lifting protection top plate is arranged above the base, and a manned lifting platform is arranged between the protection plate and the base; the height of the protection top plate is adjusted according to the height of a top protection layer, a constructor stands on the manned lifting platform to adjust the height, and then the front top protection layer is mined through a mining tool; and after stoping of the top protection layer in a mining subarea is completed, waste rock filling or sealing is performed in time. According to the construction method, the constructor can be protected conveniently in the residual ore mining process, and the safety is increased.

    本发明涉及一种应用于矿山坑道顶部余矿的施工防护方法,包括以下步骤:在全矿范围内对高品位护顶层开采区域的岩体质量进行等级划分;根据采场岩体质量等级对开采地点进行预支护,然后用装载机整平压实底板废石;护完成后,经安全确认,将施工防护装置移动到开采地点;施工防护装置包括具有滚轮的基座,基座的上方设置有可升降的防护顶板,位于防护板与基座之间设置有载人升降平台;根据护顶层的高度调整防护顶板的高度,施工人员站到载人升降平台上调整高度,然后通过开采工具对前方的护顶层进行开采;开采分区内的护顶层回采完毕后,及时进行废石充填或封闭。该施工方法方便实现余矿开采过程中对施工人员进行防护,提高安全性。
