The invention discloses an outdoor unmanned laser forklift. The forklift comprises a forklift body and a reflector, wherein a cavity is formed in the forklift body. An output shaft of a motor drives a lead screw to rotate, so that an inner threaded block drives a pallet fork to move up and down to carry goods; the situation that due to the fact that a forklift breaks down, the pallet fork suddenly descends, and the goods are damaged is avoided by means of the self-locking function of the lead screw; through the cooperative use of the forklift body and a control system in a control cabinet, the forklift is controlled through the control system, the process of manually operating the forklift is omitted, and manpower resources are saved; through the cooperative use of a laser navigator and a safety laser instrument, laser detection can be carried out on the front portion of the forklift for obstacle avoidance; an obliquely-downward laser scanner can carry out laser scanning on the rear portion of the forklift, and therefore obstacles possibly suspended in the air can be detected, and the forklift can effectively avoid the obstacles; and the forklift can be navigated through a 360-degree navigation sensor.

    本发明公开了一种室外无人激光叉车,包括叉车主体和反光板,所述叉车主体的内部开设有空腔。本发明中电机的输出轴带动丝杆转动使内螺纹块带动货叉上下运动可对货物进行搬运,利用丝杆的自锁功能避免叉车出现故障而造成货叉突然下降而造成货物损坏,通过叉车主体和控制柜内的控制系统的配合使用,通过控制系统对叉车进行操纵,省去其人工操作叉车的过程,节约人力资源,通过激光导航器和安全激光仪的配合使用,可对叉车正前方进行激光检测用于避障,斜下激光扫描仪可对叉车的后面进行激光扫描,从而对可能悬空的障碍物进行检测,从而使叉车进行有效避障,通过360°导航传感器可对叉车进行导航。
