The adjustable hoisting sling comprises a hoisting beam assembly, a sling assembly and a bracket assembly which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein the bracket assembly comprises two longitudinal brackets which are parallel to each other, two transverse brackets which are parallel to each other and a vertical connecting frame fixed between the longitudinal brackets and the transverse brackets; the two longitudinal brackets are respectively matched with a bearing point between two bogies of a carriage of the motor train unit; the transverse brackets are perpendicular to the longitudinal brackets; the two transverse brackets are respectively limited on two sides of the carriage of the motor train unit; each transverse bracket comprises an upper frame connected with the sling assembly, a lower frame connected with the vertical connecting frame and a gravity center adjusting assembly connected between the upper frame and the lower frame; the lower frame and the upper frame can slide relatively; and the gravity center adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the sliding fit position of the upper frame and the lower frame, so that the bracket assembly and the carriage of the motor train unit are kept balanced in the hoisting process.
