The invention belongs to the field of rocket launching, and particularly relates to a low-resilience combined buffering device. The device comprises a plunger barrel, a piston rod, buffering honeycombs, a bottom end baffle and a bottom end baffle locking mechanism when the piston rod moves reversely. The buffering honeycombs comprise the forward stroke buffering honeycombs and the reverse stroke buffering honeycombs. The piston rod comprises two cylinders separated by a middle partition plate. A positive stroke buffering honeycomb playing a positive stroke buffering role is arranged between the plunger barrel and the partition plate of the piston rod; and a reverse stroke buffering honeycomb playing a reverse stroke buffering role is arranged between the partition plate of the piston rod and the bottom end baffle. The problem that an oil gas buffer device commonly used at present rebounds after completing a buffer energy absorption task is solved; and a carrier can be more stable in the recovery landing process, and instability overturning of the carrier is avoided.
