According to the invention, the three-phase three-level topology is combined with a vector control technology, so that a rectifier works in a rectification mode when a battery is charged, and energy is fed back to a power grid when the battery is discharged, so that rapid mode switching can be carried out when the electric vehicle is charged, and bidirectional four-quadrant operation of the charging module in a wide voltage input application scene is realized.
