The invention discloses a lifting device for building curtain wall construction. The lifting device comprises a gravity center base, wherein a case is mounted on one side of the top end of the gravity center base, a lifting arm is mounted on the other side of the top end of the gravity center base, a traction roller is mounted at the top end of the gravity center base and between the front end and the rear end of the case, and a traction steel rope is wound on the periphery of the traction roller; a hanging mechanism is installed at the tail end of the traction steel rope, a display screen is installed on the upper portion of the front face of the case, control keys are installed on the lower portion of the front face of the case, an adjusting motor is installed in the middle of the upper portion of the interior of the case, a threaded column is installed on one side of the adjusting motor and penetrates through one side of the case, and a traction motor is installed at the position, behind the traction roller, in the case; and a control main board is arranged at the position, behind the display screen and the control keys, in the case. According to the lifting device, the influence of a protruding part of a building in the lifting process can be avoided, the positions of lifting hooks can be conveniently adjusted according to the size of materials, and meanwhile, the hooking accuracy of the lifting hooks in the lifting process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种建筑幕墙施工用起吊装置,包括重心底座,所述重心底座的顶端靠一侧安装有机箱,重心底座的顶端靠另一侧安装有吊臂,重心底座的顶端位于机箱的前后端之间安装有牵引辊,牵引辊的外围缠绕有牵引钢绳,牵引钢绳的末端安装有挂载机构,机箱的正面靠上安装有显示屏,机箱的正面靠下安装有操控键,机箱的内部靠上居中安装有调节电机,调节电机的一侧且贯穿机箱的一侧箱体安装有螺纹柱,机箱的内部位于牵引辊的后方安装有牵引电机,机箱的内部位于显示屏与操控键的后方安装有控制主板;本发明能够避免起吊过程受到楼体突出部位的影响,便于根据材料的尺寸调节起吊钩的位置,同时提高了起吊过程中起吊钩下钩的精准度。
