The invention discloses a gas-based bridge crane lifting rope detection device. A bridge crane comprises a lifting rope, a trolley fixedly connected with one end of the lifting rope and a lifting appliance fixedly connected with the other end of the lifting rope. The detection device comprises a swing angle detection unit, a rope length detection unit and a signal processing unit, wherein the swing angle detection unit is arranged at the end, close to the lifting appliance, of the trolley, and the lifting rope penetrates through the swing angle detection unit, and is connected with the lifting appliance; the swing angle detection unit is filled with gas so that a corresponding gas volume concentration and corresponding gas pressure can be acquired when the lifting rope swings; the rope length detection unit is arranged at the end, close to the trolley, of the lifting appliance, is connected with the swing angle detection unit, and is used for acquiring gas diffusion time corresponding to the length of the lifting rope; and the signal processing unit is arranged on the trolley, is connected with the swing angle detection unit and the rope length detection unit separately, and is used for acquiring a swing angle of the lifting rope according to the gas volume concentration and the gas pressure and acquiring the length of the lifting rope according to the gas diffusion time. According to the gas-based bridge crane lifting rope detection device, the swing angle and the length of the lifting rope can be detected at the same time so that a worker can control the bridge crane conveniently.

    本发明公开一种基于气体的桥吊吊绳检测装置,桥吊包括吊绳、与吊绳一端固定连接的小车以及与吊绳另一端固定连接的吊具,检测装置包括:摆角检测单元,设置于小车靠近吊具的一端,且吊绳贯穿摆角检测单元与吊具连接;摆角检测单元内填充气体,以在吊绳摆动时获取对应的气体体积浓度和气体压强;绳长检测单元,设置于吊具靠近小车的一端,与摆角检测单元进行连接,用于获取与吊绳长度对应的气体扩散时间;以及信号处理单元,设置于小车上,分别与摆角检测单元和绳长检测单元进行连接,用于根据气体体积浓度及气体压强得到吊绳的摆角以及根据气体扩散时间得到吊绳的长度。本发明可以同时检测吊绳的摆角及长度,从而便于工作人员对桥吊进行控制。
