The invention relates to a three-way locking and releasing device suitable for space satellites. The three-way locking and releasing device can complete connection and synchronous release of three satellites in the same plane. According to the structure of the device, an upper shell and a lower shell are fastened together through screws; an electric exploder and an unlocking piston are arranged on the two sides of the shell, and two three-way lock petals are arranged in the shell; the locking rod, the ball pad and the locking nut are evenly distributed on the circumference of the locking and releasing mechanism, and the head of the locking rod is installed in the two three-way lock petals. Cylindrical protrusions are arranged on the outer sides of the three-way lock petals and abut against unlocking pistons in the shells on the two sides respectively, and axial movement of the lock petals is limited. The three-way locking and releasing device is matched with the multi-satellite connector, and locking of three satellites in the same plane can be achieved by tightening the locking nuts. During unlocking, the exploder explodes and pushes the unlocking piston to move, the cylindrical protrusion on the outer side of the three-way lock pedal is separated from the unlocking piston, axial limitation is relieved, the three-way lock pedal is separated under pushing of the unlocking spring, the locking rod is separated from the three-way lock pedal, and unlocking movement of the device is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种适用于空间卫星的三向锁紧释放装置,可完成同一平面内三颗卫星的连接与同步释放。所述装置结构为,上、下壳体由螺钉紧固在一起;所述壳体两侧装有电起爆器和解锁活塞,壳体内部装有两个三向锁瓣;锁紧杆、球垫、锁紧螺母均布在锁紧释放机构的圆周,锁紧杆的头部安装在两个三向锁瓣内部;所述三向锁瓣外侧有圆柱凸起,分别被两侧壳体内解锁活塞顶住,限制了锁瓣的轴向运动;所述三向锁紧释放装置搭配多星连接器,拧紧锁紧螺母可实现同一平面内三颗卫星的锁紧;解锁时,起爆器起爆,推动解锁活塞运动,三向锁瓣外侧圆柱凸起与解锁活塞分离,解除了轴向限制,三向锁瓣在解锁弹簧推动下实现分离,所述锁紧杆脱离出三向锁瓣,实现装置的解锁运动。
