The invention discloses a helicopter load transmission and anti-deflection structure and a helicopter. The helicopter load transmission and anti-deflection structure comprises an upper bearing beam, a lower bearing beam and a hanging plate, wherein the upper bearing beam is located above the lower bearing beam, the middle of the upper bearing beam is connected with a bearing piece, the two ends of the upper bearing beam are bent towards the two ends of the lower bearing beam and rotationally connected with the two ends of the lower bearing beam, and the rotating direction is the circumferential direction of the lower bearing beam; a connecting piece is nested in the middle of the lower bearing beam and extends towards the two radial ends of the lower bearing beam in the horizontal direction, and the section of the extending end is round; and the top of the hanging plate is arranged in a forked mode, the two forks of the top of the hanging plate are rotationally connected with the two extending ends of the connecting piece respectively, and the rotating direction is parallel to the length direction of the lower bearing beam. The damage to the hatch of the helicopter caused by goods deflection is effectively solved.
