The method disclosed in the invention consists of four prior art: 1, a lightweight motor vehicle or a motor vehicle chassis suitable for flight is purchased or manufactured; and 2, a purchased motor vehicle power rear axle is vertically mounted between the center and the gravity center of the motor vehicle chassis. A hub on the upper portion of the power rear axle is fixedly connected with a rotor head, the accurate size and shape of the hub on the upper portion of the power rear axle should be provided for a seller when a rotor is purchased, and the hub and the rotor head can be conveniently and fixedly connected. A hub at the lower portion of the power rear axle is fixed with a chassis between the center and the gravity center of the chassis after unused transmission and rotation parts are detached. The tilt rotorpower system is arranged on a transmission rod of a steering wheel (a steering wheel in the future of the inventio) of a chassis of a motor vehicle in a sleeving manner through a cross-shaped connector on the tilt rotor power system. The tilt rotor power system controls the whole operation process of the unmanned aerial vehicle along with the steering wheel.
