The invention discloses a device for recycling braking friction energy of an electric bicycle. The device comprises an electric bicycle storage battery, electric bicycle calipers, electric bicycle brake pads, a friction wheel, a baffle, a micro-generator, a spring and a capacitance energy storage device. The friction wheel and a brake pad of the electric bicycle are in rolling friction; the flywheel is mounted on the friction wheel rotating shaft to increase the rotational inertia of the rotating part of the micro generator and play a role in flywheel energy storage; a rotor of the micro generator is fixed with the calipers of the electric bicycle through a spring, and by controlling the deformation quantity of the spring, a friction wheel of the micro generator is in contact with the brake pads of the electric bicycle before the calipers of the electric bicycle are in contact with the brake pads of the electric bicycle, so that power generation is started; a two-time automatic pulse large inductance circuit in the capacitance energy storage device transmits current, and charging of the storage battery of the electric bicycle is achieved. The device is simple in structure and good in universality, can be popularized and applied to electric wheelchairs and electric automobiles, improves the energy utilization rate and saves energy.

    本发明公开一种回收电动自行车制动摩擦能量的装置,包括电动自行车蓄电池,电动自行车卡钳,电动自行车刹车片,摩擦轮,挡板,微型发电机,弹簧,电容储能器。摩擦轮与电动自行车刹车片之间为滚动摩擦;摩擦轮转轴上安装飞轮,增加微型发电机转动部分的转动惯量,起到飞轮储能作用;微型发电机的转子通过弹簧与电动自行车卡钳固定在一起,通过对弹簧形变量的控制,使得电动自行车卡钳接触到电动自行车刹车片之前,微型发电机的摩擦轮与电动自行车刹车片接触,开始发电;电容储能器中两次自动脉冲大电感电路将电流传递,实现对电动自行车蓄电池充电。它结构简单,通用性好,可推广运用于电动轮椅、电动汽车,提高能源利用率和节约能源。
