The method comprises the following steps: initializing operation parameters of the rail nondestructive testing trolley; in the running process of the rail nondestructive testing trolley, the traction device rotates to drive the photoelectric encoder to rotate and send out a pulse signal, the counter starts counting according to the pulse signal, and the corresponding statistical number is determined and sent to the data processing center; when the statistical number meets a preset condition, the data processing center issues a trigger command to at least one shooting mechanism group, a positioning mechanism and a gyroscope to respectively acquire the correspondingly acquired detection image, the trolley inclination angle information and the trolley position information; determining corresponding point cloud data according to the detection image and the trolley inclination angle, and determining corresponding coordinate data according to the trolley position information; and determining defect information corresponding to the rail to be detected according to the point cloud data and the coordinate data. By combining an image processing technology and a signal characteristic analysis technology, measurement of different defects inside and outside the rail is realized.
本发明涉及一种铁轨无损检测小车及方法,该方法包括:初始化铁轨无损检测小车的运行参数;在铁轨无损检测小车行驶过程中,牵动装置旋转带动光电编码器旋转,并发出脉冲信号,根据脉冲信号,计数器开始计数,确定对应的统计数目发送至数据处理中心;当统计数目满足预设条件时,数据处理中心下发触发命令到至少一个拍摄机构组、定位机构、陀螺仪,分别获取对应采集的检测图像、小车倾角信息和小车位置信息;根据检测图像、小车倾角,确定对应的点云数据,并根据小车位置信息,确定对应的坐标数据;根据点云数据和坐标数据,确定待测铁轨对应的缺陷信息。本发明结合图像处理技术、信号特征分析技术,实现对铁轨内外部不同缺陷的测量。
