A trailer brake in the current market is usually powered by compressed air and a head brake operation action is used as a control source. The problems that a brake system is complex, air tightness requirements exist in connection and connection work is complex, and the problems that cost is high and the failure rate is high are solved. Nowadays, non-heavy-load and trailers such as limousines are increasingly abundant, and complex brake systems are particularly inconvenient to install. The mechanical self-control brake device solves the problem, so that the trailer can be quickly mounted and can adapt to various trailer heads, and a new choice is provided for a trailer brake system. According to the mechanical self-control brake device, after a towing hook is stressed, the towing hook and a towed frame generate motion displacement to serve as a braking source, the braking source is connected through an elastic damping part, a braking force arm is contracted and expanded through an adjustable connecting rod mechanism, and a towed wheel is directly operated to be braked. The device structurally comprises a tow hook 1, a tow frame 2, a tow hook stress deformation spring 3, an adjustable elastic damping connecting rod I 4 and an adjustable force arm connecting rod II 5.

    目前市场上的拖车刹车通常由压缩空气为动力,车头刹车操作动作为控制源构成。主要存在刹车系统复杂,连接有气密性要求,连接工作复杂的特点,和这些特点伴随的是成本较高,故障率较高的问题。在房车等非重载和拖车日益丰富的今天,安装复杂的刹车系统尤为不便。本设计机械式自控刹车装置解决了这个问题,使得拖车能够快速安装,能够适应各种车头,为拖车刹车系统提供了新的选择。本设计是一种通过拖钩受力后与被拖车架产生运动位移为制动力源,通过弹性阻尼元件链接,通过可调连杆机构缩放制动力臂,直接操作被拖车轮刹车的机械式自控刹车装置。本装置结构上包括,拖车钩1,拖车车架2,拖钩受力变形弹簧3,可调弹性阻尼连杆一4,可调力臂连杆二5。
