The multi-module combined modular novel charging pile is simple in structure and convenient and fast to operate, compared with an existing traditional charging pile mode, the modularized integration and the matched complete plug-in connection mode can reduce the defective product rate of products to a great extent, the production period is effectively shortened, meanwhile, in the later maintenance process, if the equipment breaks down, the faulted unit module can be positioned through the system, and the power switch is switched off, the unit module is replaced in a simple pulling mode, and the faulted unit module is returned to a factory for maintenance, so that the operation and maintenance period is shortened, the operation and maintenance cost is reduced, the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved, and the practicability of the equipment is relatively high.

    本发明公开了一种多模块组合的模块化新型充电桩,包括底板和安装箱,所述底板的顶部固定安装有安装箱,所述安装箱的内部顶部固定安装有充电模组,所述充电模组的两侧设有散热机构,此多模块组合的模块化新型充电桩的结构简单、操作便捷,与现有传统的充电桩模式相比,本发明的模块化集成以及配合完全对插的连接方式,能很大程度的降低产品的不良品率,有效的缩短生产周期,同时,在后期维护的过程中,若设备出现故障,可以通过系统定位其故障的单元模块,通过断开电源开关,进行简单的抽拔方式,更换单元模块,故障单元模块返厂维修,从而缩了运维周期,降低运维成本,提高运维效率,此设备的实用性较高。
