The invention discloses an automatic alignment circular truncated cone type magnetic coupling mechanism applied to a wireless charging platform of an unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a transmitting end arranged on the wireless charging platform and a receiving end arranged on an undercarriage of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and is characterized in that the wireless charging platform is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the periphery of the wireless charging platform is a smooth inclined surface; the transmitting end comprises a plurality of transmitting end magnetic cores and coils wound on the transmitting end magnetic cores, the transmitting end magnetic cores are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the circular truncated cone, the coils are wound on the outer side of the circular truncated cone, and the receiving end only comprises coils wound on an undercarriage of the unmanned aerial vehicle. When the unmanned aerial vehicle lands on the circular truncated cone and the central axis of the receiving coil does not coincide with the central axis of the transmitting coil, the unmanned aerial vehicle slides the central axis of the receiving coil to coincide with the central axis of the transmitting coil under the action of gravity to realize automatic alignment, so that the target of obtaining the maximum transmission power and transmission efficiency is achieved; furthermore, because only the receiving coil is installed in the unmanned aerial vehicle, the weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is not greatly increased, and the flexibility and miniaturization of the unmanned aerial vehicle can still be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种应用于无人机无线充电平台的自动对准圆台型磁耦合机构,包括:设置在无线充电平台上的发射端和设置在无人机起落架上的接收端,其中,无线充电平台为圆台型,且四周均为光滑斜面,发射端包括多个发射端磁芯和绕设在发射端磁芯上的线圈,发射端磁芯均匀设置在圆台内壁,线圈缠绕在圆台外侧,接收端仅包括绕设在无人机起落架上的线圈。当无人机降落在圆台上,且接收线圈的中心轴线未与发射线圈的中心轴线重合时,无人机由重力作用将接收线圈的中心轴线滑至重合,实现自动对准,从而达到获得最大传输功率及传输效率的目标,同时,因在无人机中仅安装接收线圈,因此不会大幅增加无人机重量,仍能保证无人机的灵活性和小型化。
