The invention relates to the technical field of maglev trains, and especially relates to a turning guide system for a high-temperature superconducting maglev train. The whole system is composed of a specific winding coil, a power supply, a control module, a coil framework and a Halbach array permanent magnet track. A strong magnetic field generated by the Halbach array permanent magnet track is utilized, and the specifically wound electrified coil is placed above the Halbach array permanent magnet track, so that a relatively large ampere force is obtained to serve as a guiding force of the high-temperature superconducting maglev train. Due to the fact that the polarity of the peak magnetic field of the Halbach array permanent magnet track is opposite, the current directions of the electrified coils in different magnetic field polarities are opposite, and the Ampere force in the same direction is obtained. The whole system ingeniously utilizes the Halbach array permanent magnet track of the high-temperature superconducting maglev train, so that the whole system is simple and reliable in structure. And the system utilizes the advantage that the peak value of the Halbach array permanent magnet track has a strong magnetic field, so that the whole guiding system can provide strong guiding force.
