The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted air conditioners, in particular to an integrated vehicle cabin air conditioning system which comprises a supporting component, a conveying component, a compressor, an air conditioning box and a heat exchange control assembly, wherein the supporting component is used for being connected to a preset part in a front cabin of the vehicle; the conveying component, the compressor and the air conditioning box are all arranged on the supporting component; and the conveying component is provided with a flow channel used for communicating the heat exchange control assembly with the compressor and the air conditioning box. The modularization can reduce the production cost from the perspective of production, and the modularization can reduce the complexity of process installation from the perspective of process, so that the assembly is easier, the cost is optimized, and the working efficiency is improved. In addition, the occupied envelope space is reduced through modularization, and platform design of whole vehicle research is facilitated. And the air conditioning box and the compressor are integrated on the supporting component and are close to each other, a refrigerant side pipeline of the air conditioning box can be directly in butt joint with a system side, a hose does not need to be added for damping, and the number of parts is reduced.

    本申请涉及车载空调技术领域,尤其是涉及一种集成式车舱空调系统,包括支撑构件、输送构件、压缩机、空调箱及换热控制组件;其中,支撑构件用于连接在车辆的前舱内的预定部位;输送构件、压缩机以及空调箱均设置于支撑构件上;输送构件形成有用于连通换热控制组件与压缩机和空调箱的流道。从生产的角度考虑,模块化能使生产成本降低,从工艺的角度考虑,模块化能降低工艺安装的复杂程度,使得装配更加容易,优化成本,提高工作效率。此外,模块化减少占用的包络空间,利于整车研究的平台化设计。而且空调箱与压缩机均集成于支撑构件,两者相距较近,空调箱的冷媒侧管路可以直接对接系统侧,无需增加软管减震,减少零部件的数量。
