The invention discloses an actuation mechanism and a bionic mover. The actuation mechanism comprises a first shape memory alloy element and a second shape memory alloy element which can generate heat and deform after being electrified, and an actuation element which can pivot around a pivot point and is arranged between the first shape memory alloy element and the second shape memory alloy element. The first shape memory alloy element and/or the second shape memory alloy element actively deform under the condition that current is introduced so as to cooperatively drive the actuation element to rotate or swing around the pivot point in a reciprocating mode.
