The invention discloses a rubber composite filler and application thereof. The rubber composite filler disclosed by the invention adopts a three-phase composite system of modified kaolin/white carbon black/carbon black, so that the contradiction among moisture resistance, wear resistance and rolling resistance reduction in three major magic laws of tires is solved. By adopting the rubber composite filler disclosed by the invention, a rubber composition which is uniform in feeding and free of bubbles can be prepared. The tire tread prepared from the rubber composition has the advantages of high tensile strength, high elongation, high wear resistance, low compression heat production, small rolling resistance, small wet skid resistance change and the like.

    本发明公开了一种橡胶复合填料及其应用。本发明的橡胶复合填料采用改性高岭土/白炭黑/炭黑的三相复合体系,解决了轮胎三大魔鬼定律中抗湿性、耐磨性、降低滚动阻力三者的矛盾。采用本发明的橡胶复合填料能制得吃料均匀、无气泡的橡胶组合物。由本发明橡胶组合物制得轮胎胎面具有拉伸强度高、伸长率大、耐磨性高、压缩产热低、滚动阻力小、抗湿滑性变化不大等优点。
