The invention discloses a nylon rope guide device for an electric hoist. The nylon rope guide device comprises a plurality of guide wheel devices, a front rope guide nut, a rear rope guide nut and a rope outlet block. The front rope guide nut, the rear rope guide nut and the rope outlet block are all made of PA66 nylon in a compression molding mode. The nylon rope guide device has the advantages that the rope guide nut and the rope outlet block of the nylon rope guide device are made of high-strength engineering plastic PA66 nylon with toughness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and small density through compression molding, and the manufacturing process is simple. The front and rear rope guide nuts of a rope guide are connected through screws and are convenient to assemble and disassemble. The rope outlet block has an oblique angle of 15 degrees in the rope outlet direction, and when a steel wire rope inclines, the rope guide can bear inclined pulling due to the toughness of the nylon. The PA66 nylon is small in density and has good self-lubricating property and elasticity, so that the rope guide is light in weight and free of abrasion to the steel wire rope, and the service life of the steel wire rope can be prolonged. The rope is effectively blocked and pressed. The steel wire rope is neatly arranged on a winding drum, so that mechanical faults of the electric hoist caused by disordered and wrong outgoing of the steel wire rope are prevented.

    本发明公开了一种电动葫芦用尼龙导绳器装置,包括若干个导轮装置、前导绳螺母、后导绳螺母和出绳块;前导绳螺母、后导绳螺母和出绳块均采用PA66尼龙压塑成型。本发明具备以下优点:尼龙导绳器装置的导绳螺母、出绳块采用具有韧性、耐磨、耐腐蚀、密度小的高强度工程塑料PA66尼龙压塑成型,制造工艺简单;导绳器的前、后导绳螺母用螺钉联接,装拆方便。出绳块在出绳方向有15°的斜角,当钢丝绳倾斜时,由于尼龙有韧性,导绳器可以承受斜拉;PA66尼龙密度小,有良好的自润滑性和弹性,因此导绳器的重量轻,对钢丝绳无磨损,能延长钢丝绳的寿命;很有效的进行挡绳和压绳;使得钢丝绳整齐地排列在卷筒上,以防钢丝绳混乱错出而引起电动葫芦产生机械故障。
