The invention relates to an automobile electric seat posture cooperative motion path planning method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, setting seat front-back motion, up-down height and backrest angle path points; step 2, setting a seat posture movement initial time interval sequence; step 3, calculating the total energy consumption of the motion path based on an MATLAB three-degree-of-freedom seat model; step 4, solving an optimal energy-saving path movement time interval based on a particle swarm algorithm; and 5, obtaining a front-back movement displacement-time curve, an up-down height displacement-time curve and a backrest angle inclination-time curve of the optimized seat. Compared with the prior art, energy consumption saving is taken into consideration, and the path-time curve of posture movement of the electric seat is optimized.

    本发明涉及一种汽车电动座椅姿态协同运动路径规划方法,包括步骤如下:步骤1:设置座椅前后运动、上下高度、靠背角度路径点;步骤2:设置座椅姿态运动初始时间间隔序列;步骤3:基于MATLAB三自由度座椅模型的运动路径总能耗计算;步骤4:基于粒子群算法求解最优节能路径运动时间间隔;步骤5:得到优化后的座椅前后运动位移—时间曲线、上下高度位移—时间曲线、靠背角度倾角—时间曲线。与现有技术相比,本发明将能耗节约纳入考虑范围,优化了电动座椅姿态运动的路径—时间曲线。
