The invention relates to an electronic toll collection label. The electronic toll collection label comprises: a communication module, wherein the communication module communicates with a roadside unit through an antenna module; a connecting part, wherein the connecting part is used for electrically connecting the vehicle window glass and the electronic toll collection tag; and a controller, wherein the controller is used for judging whether the electronic toll collection label is detached or not according to the signal of the connecting part. The electronic toll collection label is simpler in structure and smaller in size.
