The invention discloses an integrated machining process for a carbon fiber shell of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The integrated machining process comprises the following steps: (1) modeling the shell of the unmanned aerial vehicle; (2) preparing an upper mold, a lower mold and a silicone rubber air bag; (3) inflating the silicone rubber air bag; (4) smearing demolding wax; (5) laying carbon fiber cloth on the outer surface of the silicone rubber air bag, and brushing resin; (6) repeating the step (3) for multiple times; (7) putting the silicone rubber air bag into the lower mold, and oppositely combining the upper mold and the lower mold up and down and fixing the upper mold and the lower mold through a fixture; (8) carrying out secondary inflation on the silicone rubber air bag; (9) deflating the silicone rubber air bag after normal-temperature curing; and (10) taking out the silicone rubber air bag and the formed carbon fiber shell. The integrated machining process for a carbon fiber shell of an unmanned aerial vehicle is easy to operate, demolding wax is not needed when the silicone rubber air bag is demolded, the technology is simple, the processing cost is low, the strength and toughness are high, and the prepared shell is integrally formed and is high in strength and light in weight.

    本发明公开了一种无人机碳纤维机壳一体化加工工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)对无人机机壳进行建模;(2)制备上模、下模和硅橡胶气囊;(3)对硅橡胶气囊充气;(4)涂抹脱模蜡;(5)在所述硅橡胶气囊外表面铺设碳纤维布,并涂刷树脂;(6)多次重复步骤(3);(7)将所述硅橡胶气囊放入所述下模内,并将所述上模和下模上下对合并通过卡具固定;(8)所述硅橡胶气囊二次充气;(9)常温固化后硅橡胶气囊放气;(10)取出所述硅橡胶气囊和成型的碳纤维机壳。本发明所提供的无人机碳纤维机壳一体化加工工艺操作简单,硅橡胶气囊脱模时无需借助脱模蜡,工艺简单,加工成本低,强度和韧性较高,制备出的机壳一体成形,强度较高且重量较轻。
