The self-powered ocean buoy comprises a shell, a functional mass block and a plate-type piezoelectric spring mechanism, the functional mass block is arranged in the shell, the plate-type piezoelectric spring mechanism comprises a plurality of plate-type piezoelectric springs, the two ends of the plate-type piezoelectric springs are connected to the functional mass block and the shell respectively, and the plate-type piezoelectric springs are evenly distributed; the plate-type piezoelectric spring is of a zigzag plate structure, a piezoelectric ceramic piece is arranged on the plate-type piezoelectric spring, and a sensor is arranged in the functional mass block; and the functional mass block vibrates in sea waves to enable the plate-type piezoelectric spring to deform, so that the piezoelectric ceramic piece deforms to generate electric energy to supply power to the sensor. According to the self-powered ocean buoy, more low-frequency sea waves can be captured through the plate-type piezoelectric spring with a large-flexibility zigzag plate structure, and more electric energy is generated to realize sustainable power supply; the sensor is integrated in the functional mass block, so that the structure is compact, the mass is larger, the amplitude is larger, more electric energy is generated, meanwhile, the plate type piezoelectric spring plays a buffering role, damage is reduced, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于压电弹簧的自供电海洋浮标,包括外壳、功能质量块和板式压电弹簧机构,外壳内设有功能质量块,板式压电弹簧机构包括两端分别连接在功能质量块和外壳上的、均匀分布的多个板式压电弹簧;板式压电弹簧为锯齿形板结构,板式压电弹簧上设有压电陶瓷片,功能质量块内设有传感器;功能质量块在海浪中产生振动使板式压电弹簧形变,进而使压电陶瓷片形变产生电能给传感器供电。本发明通过柔性大的锯齿形板结构的板式压电弹簧可以俘获更多的低频海浪波,产生更多的电能实现可持续供电;通过将传感器集成在功能质量块内使结构紧凑,质量更大振幅越大也产生更多的电能,同时板式压电弹簧起缓冲作用,减少损害,降低运维成本。
