According to the device, the gravity centers of the driving assembly and the supporting assembly are changed relative to the shell through rotation of the driving wheel, the shell rolls, the rolling wheel at the end of the supporting piece makes contact with the inner wall of the shell all the time, the shell is kept balanced while moving forwards, and the stability of the shell in the moving process is improved.
