The invention discloses a full-decoupling self-adaptive steering gear and a wheel turning angle adjusting method. The steering gear capable of being fully decoupled and self-adaptive comprises a shell, a connecting shaft, a steering shaft, a transmission shaft, a suction assembly and a driving assembly, the shell is installed at the end of a steering column, the connecting shaft is rotationally installed in the shell, one end of the steering shaft extends into the shell, the suction assembly is arranged between the connecting shaft and the steering shaft, the steering shaft is used for receiving torque of a steering wheel and transmitting the torque to the connecting shaft, the suction assembly is controlled by the ECU controller, one end of the connecting shaft extends out of the shell and is connected with the connecting shaft through a universal joint, the transmission shaft is used for transmitting the torque to the steering gear, and the driving assembly is installed on the shell and connected with the transmission shaft. The driving assembly is used for receiving signals from the ECU controller and controlling the connecting shaft to rotate. Disconnection and connection of the connecting shaft and the steering shaft are achieved through the suction assembly, and therefore the problem that a steering wheel follows to rotate in the automatic driving process is solved.
本发明公开了一种可全解耦自适应的转向器和车轮转角调节方法。该种可全解耦自适应的转向器包括:壳体、连接轴、转向轴、传动轴、吸合组件、驱动组件,壳体安装于转向管柱的端部,连接轴转动安装于壳体中,转向轴的一端伸入壳体中,吸合组件设置于连接轴与转向轴之间,转向轴用于接受方向盘的扭矩并将扭矩传递给连接轴,吸合组件由ECU控制器控制,连接轴的一端伸出至壳体外侧并通过万向节与连接轴连接,传动轴用于将扭矩传递给转向器,驱动组件安装于壳体,驱动组件与传动轴连接,驱动组件用于从ECU控制器接收信号并控制连接轴进行转动。通过吸合组件实现连接轴与转向轴的断开和连接,从而避免自动驾驶过程中方向盘跟转的问题。
