The invention relates to a car coupler buffer device mounting structure for small fastening torque pushing in a compact space. The device comprises a double-end stud penetrating through a mounting process hole of a car body structure, a nut which is screwed at the first end of the double-end stud, a pushing nut which is screwed at the second end of the double-end stud and is provided with a plurality of axial screw holes along the circumferential direction, and a number of pushing screws which are screwed into the axial screw holes formed in the circumferential direction of the pushing nut, and the heads of the pushing screws abut against the car coupler buffer device through hard gaskets so that the car coupler buffer device can be clamped and fixed to a vehicle body structure. The double-end stud, the nut, the pushing nut and the pushing screws are used in cooperation, the double-end stud can penetrate into the car body side from the car coupler side, the small screws are fastened to the side of the car coupler buffer device (the car body side is a small cavity, and fastening torque operation cannot be applied), and the problem that due to the fact that the closed space of the car body side is small, a bolt cannot penetrate from the car body side to the car coupler side is solved.
本发明涉及紧凑空间下小紧固扭矩顶推的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,包括:双头螺柱,穿过车体结构的安装工艺孔;螺母,旋设于双头螺柱的第一端;推顶螺母,旋设于双头螺柱第二端,并沿周向设置的若干轴向螺孔;若干推顶螺钉,拧入推顶螺母所述周向设置的轴向螺孔,头部通过硬质垫圈顶住车钩缓冲装置使其夹持固定于车体结构。本发明通过双头螺柱、螺母、顶推螺母、若干顶推螺钉配合使用,实现双头螺柱从车钩侧往车体侧穿入,且在车钩缓冲装置侧紧固若干小螺钉(车体侧为小空腔,无法施加紧固扭矩操作),解决了因车体侧封闭空间小,螺栓无法从车体侧往车钩侧穿的问题。
