The invention provides a charging device with a force measuring structure. The charging device comprises an electrode, an insulator, a connecting frame, a guide rod, a spring and a pressure sensor; the insulator is fixed on the top surface of the electrode; the connecting frame is used for being connected with a lifting mechanism; the guide rod is arranged at the top of the insulator, the top end of the guide rod penetrates through the connecting frame, and a suspension structure is arranged at the penetrating-out end of the guide rod; the guide rod is sleeved with the spring; the guide rod is sleeved with the pressure sensor, and one end face of the pressure sensor is a stress detection face; the stress detection surface of the pressure sensor is arranged upwards, and the spring is arranged between the connecting frame and the pressure sensor; or the stress detection surface of the pressure sensor is arranged downwards, and the spring is arranged between the insulator and the pressure sensor. The charging device with the force measuring structure has the advantages that the pressure sensor is not a connecting part in the prior art and does not need to bear force, the influence on the service life and the detection precision of the pressure sensor can be avoided, pressure measurement can be achieved through the two arrangement modes, the stress condition of the electrode can be mastered conveniently, adjustment is made in time, and the service life of the electrode is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种带有测力结构的充电装置,包括:电极;绝缘子,固定在电极顶面上;连接架,用于与升降机构连接;导向杆,设置在绝缘子的顶部,导向杆顶端穿过连接架且在穿出端上设有悬挂结构;弹簧,套设在导向杆外部;压力传感器,套设在导向杆外部,压力传感器的一端面为受力检测面;压力传感器的受力检测面朝上设置,弹簧设在连接架和压力传感器之间;或者压力传感器的受力检测面朝下设置,弹簧设在绝缘子和压力传感器之间。有益效果:压力传感器并非承上启下的连接部件,无需承力,可避免对压力传感器的使用寿命和检测精度造成影响,且的两种设置方式均可以实现压力的测量,方便掌握电极的受力情况,从而及时作出调整,保证电极的使用寿命。
