The embodiment of the invention discloses underwater warfare equipment. The underwater warfare equipment comprises a machine body, an absorption head, a telescopic mechanism, an advancing and retreating structure, an inclination angle structure and a swinging fork, wherein the adsorption head is used for generating adsorption force, the telescopic mechanism is connected to the end part of the machine body, the telescopic mechanism comprises an extension state and a contraction state, the adsorption head is connected to one end, far away from the machine body, of the telescopic mechanism, and the adsorption head is close to or far away from the machine body along with the telescopic mechanism; the advancing and retreating structure can drive the machine body to advance or retreat; the inclination angle structure can drive the machine body to conduct angle rotation; the swinging fork is movably arranged on the side surface of the machine body and is connected to the telescopic mechanism; when the telescopic mechanism is in the contraction state, the swinging fork is unfolded on the side surface of the machine body; and when the telescopic mechanism is in the extension state, the swinging fork is folded on the side surface of the machine body. According to the underwater warfare equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the warfare effect can be effectively realized underwater.
