The invention discloses a detection device stabilizing hoisting of a steel wire rope of a winch. The detection device comprises a coding control part and a tension sensing part, the coding control part comprises a hollow encoder support, a hollow encoder which is positioned in the hollow encoder support, a fixed support which sleeves the hollow encoder, a hexagon socket cap screw which is mounted in an inner hole of the fixed support, a fixed block which is mounted on the device, a cross recessed pan head screw which is connected to the fixed block, and the tension sensing part comprises a tension sensor connected to a position between the steel wire rope and a heavy object bearing tray. The corresponding tension sensor with analog quantity is fixed at the other fixed end of the steel wire rope of the winch, the analog quantity data is transmitted to a PLC, when the weight of the device is lower than a preset early warning value of the PLC, the hollow encoder is used for judging the descending of the steel wire rope, and therefore the descending action of the winch can be stopped, meanwhile, unstable factors occurring in a conventional detection method are well avoided, the operation failure rate of a steel wire rope lifting device is greatly reduced, and the operation smoothness of the device is improved.
本发明公开了一种稳定卷扬机钢丝绳提升的检测装置,包括编码控制部以及张力传感部,所述编码控制部,包括空心编码器支架、位于所述空心编码器支架内的空心编码器、套接在所述空心编码器外的固定支架、安装在所述固定支架内孔的内六角圆柱头螺钉、安装在设备上的固定块以及连接在所述固定块上的十字槽盘头螺钉,所述张力传感部。通过将相应的带模拟量的张力传感器固定在卷扬机钢丝绳另一固定端,利用模拟量数据传输到PLC中,当设备自身重量低于PLC预设预警值情况下,并利用空心编码器对钢丝绳下降的判定,即可在停止卷扬机下降动作的同时,从而很好规避了常规检测方法出现的不稳定的因素,大幅降低钢丝绳升降设备运行故障率,提升设备运行流畅度。
