The invention discloses an ascender capable of carrying and transferring moon samples. The ascender comprises an ascender body, and a sample packaging system, a propelling system, a rendezvous and docking system and a sample transfer system which are mounted on the ascender body, the sample packaging system is positioned at the top of the ascender body and is used for sealing and storing the collected moon sample; the propelling system provides thrust for lunar surface takeoff, orbital transfer and attitude control of the ascender. The rendezvous and docking system is installed at the top of the ascender body and used for achieving communication between the ascender and the rail device in the rendezvous and docking process, feeding back a position signal and an attitude signal of the ascender and providing a connection effect for docking of the ascender and the rail device. The sample transfer system is located in the ascender body and used for transferring a moon sample.
