The invention discloses an electric moped power assembly and a moped, and relates to the field of electric mopeds. The electric moped power assembly comprises a frame base, a one-way shaft assembly, a motor assembly and an encoder assembly, the frame base is fixed to a frame of the electric moped, and the one-way shaft assembly penetrates through two side ports of the frame base and is used for being connected with pedals of the electric moped; and the motor assembly is arranged in the inner cavity of the barrel of the frame base, and the encoder assembly is electrically connected with the motor assembly and used for controlling the motor assembly to operate. The product has the following beneficial effects: when the transient speed of the one-way shaft is greater than the rotating speed of the motor, the motor realizes assistance, and when the transient speed of the one-way shaft is less than the rotating speed of the motor assembly, the motor stops working; the encoder can accurately position the transient state of the one-way shaft; a pedal shaft, the motor, an one-way shaft and a chain plate center shaft are integrated on the same center shaft, and a transmission system is omitted.

    本发明公开了一种电动助力车动力总成及助力车,涉及电动助力车领域,包括车架机座、单向轴组件、电机组件和编码器组件,车架机座固定在电动助力车的车架上,单向轴组件,贯穿设置在车架机座的两侧端口,用于连接电动助力车的踏板,电机组件,设置在车架机座的筒体内腔,编码器组件与电机组件电连接用于控制电机组件运转。本发明的有益效果为:当单向轴瞬态速度大于电机转速时,电机实现助力,当单向轴瞬态速度小于电机组件的转速时,电机停止工作;编码器能够精确定位单向轴的瞬态状态;脚蹬轴、电机、单向轴、链盘中心轴集成在同一中心轴上,省去传动系统。
