The invention discloses an air cylinder heating device. The air cylinder heating device comprises a heat storage part, a heating part and a circulating pipeline, the heat storage part is used for being installed on an automobile exhaust tail pipe, and a containing cavity is formed in the heat storage part; and the heating part is used for being installed on an air cylinder, and a containing cavity is formed in the heating part. The circulating pipeline comprises an air inlet pipeline and a water return pipeline, and the air inlet pipeline and the water return pipeline communicate with the heat storage part and the heating part at the same time; and liquid stored in the containing cavity is changed into high-temperature steam after heat absorption and phase change of the automobile exhaust tail pipe, the high-temperature steam enters the containing cavity of the heating part through the air inlet pipeline to heat the air cylinder, the high-temperature steam is changed into liquid after heat release is completed, the liquid flows back to the containing cavity from the water return pipeline, and therefore, ice frozen in the air cylinder is melted into water, the volume in the air cylinder is increased, the braking performance is improved, and the air cylinder heating device is energy-saving, environment-friendly and high in practicability.

    本发明公开一种储气筒加热装置,包括蓄热件、加热件以及循环管路,所述蓄热件用于安装至汽车排气尾管上,所述蓄热件内部形成有容纳腔;所述加热件用于安装至储气筒上,所述加热件内部形成有容置腔;所述包括进气管路和回水管路,所述进气管路和所述回水管路均同时连通所述蓄热件和所述加热件;存储于所述容纳腔内的液体,自汽车排气尾管吸热相变后变成高温蒸汽,高温蒸汽通过所述进气管路进入所述加热件的容置腔内,对所述储气筒加热,完成热释放后变成液体,自所述回水管路回流自所述容纳腔,从而将冻结在储气筒内的冰融化成水,增大储气筒内的容积,提高制动性能,并且节能环保,实用性强。
