The invention discloses a heat treatment method for improving residual stress of a wheel and the wheel. The heat treatment method comprises the following steps: performing air cooling on a wheel spoke plate in a quenching process; meanwhile, performing water cooling on the tread and the outer rim face by the wheel rim part at the same time; and then performing tempering. According to the heat treatment method for improving the residual stress of the wheel provided by the invention, the residual stress of the wheel can be controlled within the range required by the EN13262 standard, and thermodynamic property evaluation of a new wheel and an abraded wheel is authenticated to pass at a time; and the internal stress change and deformation rule of the wheel after the heat treatment of the wheel are explored to guide the formulation of the wheel production process, improve the circumferential residual stress of the wheel rim, further improve the safety of the wheel in the driving process, and better adapt to the development requirements of speed increase and heavy load of a railway system.
本发明公开了一种改善车轮残余应力的热处理方法及车轮,所述热处理方法包括:在淬火过程中对车轮辐板进行风冷;同时,车轮轮辋部位同时对踏面和外辋面进行水冷;然后进行回火;本发明公开的改善车轮残余应力的热处理方法,可将车轮的残余应力控制在EN13262标准要求的范围内,使新制车轮和磨耗车轮的热力学特性评价一次性认证通过;并通过本发明摸索出车轮热处理之后车轮内部应力变化和变形规律,来指导车轮生产工艺的制定,改善车轮轮辋的周向残余应力,进一步提高车轮的行驶过程的安全性,更好地适应铁路系统提速、重载的发展需求。
