The invention discloses a hydropower station hydraulic turbine set stator auxiliary hoisting structure and a hoisting method. The hydropower station hydraulic turbine set stator auxiliary hoisting structure comprises a balance beam and a connecting disc which is located below the center position of the balance beam and connected with the center position of the balance beam through a connecting column, and the center line of the balance beam, the axis of the connecting column and the axis of the connecting disc coincide with each other; at least three supporting arms are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the connecting disc, one end of each supporting arm is connected with the side wall of the connecting disc, and the other end of each supporting arm deviates from the connecting disc; a bearing rod is detachably connected to the position, away from the connecting disc, of each supporting arm, each bearing rod is parallel to the axis of the connecting disc, and a bearing block is arranged at the end, away from the balance beam, of each bearing rod; and the upper end face of the balance beam is provided with hanging lugs which are symmetrical relative to the center line of the balance beam. By means of the hydropower station hydraulic turbine set stator auxiliary hoisting structure and the hoisting method, the stability of the stator hoisting process can be effectively improved, then economic losses caused by stator damage are avoided, the overall construction efficiency can be improved, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种水电站水轮机组定子辅助吊装结构及吊装方法,包括平衡梁以及位于平衡梁的中心位置下方且与平衡梁的中心位置通过连接柱连接的连接盘,平衡梁的中心线、连接柱的轴线和连接盘的轴线重合;连接盘的周向均布设置有至少三个支撑臂,每个支撑臂的一端与连接盘的侧壁连接,另一端背离连接盘;每个支撑臂上背离连接盘的位置均可拆卸连接有承载杆,每个承载杆与连接盘的轴线平行,每个承载杆远离平衡梁的一端设置有承载块;平衡梁的上端面设置有相对于平衡梁的中心线对称的挂耳。本发明能够有效的提高定子吊装过程的稳定性,进而避免因定子损坏造成的经济损失,且有利于提高整体的施工效率,缩短施工周期。
