The invention relates to a ducted fan device with double-layer propellers. The ducted fan device comprises a shell, a double-layer propeller blade structural body is arranged in the shell, the double-layer propeller blade structural body comprises a main shaft, double-layer propeller blades are arranged on the main shaft, an end cover is arranged at one end of the main shaft, and the other end of the main shaft is connected with a motor through a coupler. Compared with the prior art, the ducted fan device with the double-layer propellers overcomes the defect of a windless area of a traditional axial flow fan. According to the ducted fan device with the double-layer propellers, the air volume in the center of the ducted fan is concentrated through a first-layer fan, compressed air is further compressed through a second-layer fan, and therefore, the problem of the windless area is solved, meanwhile, the air volume is increased; and flow deflectors are designed, airflow can be improved, the airflow in an upper area and the airflow in a lower area do not interfere with each other, and the upper-layer airflow can be continuously transmitted to the lower layer.
本发明涉及一种具有双层螺旋桨的涵道风扇装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有双层螺旋桨叶片结构体,所述双层螺旋桨叶片结构体包括主轴,所述主轴上设有双层螺旋桨叶片,所述主轴的一端设有端盖,另一端经联轴器与电机相连接。与现有技术相比,本发明减小传统轴流风扇无风区的弊端,利用首层风扇将风扇中央的风量集中起来,再由二层风扇对压缩空气进行进一步的压缩,不但解决了无风区问题,同时也增大了风量,设计了导流片,可以改善气流,使上下两个区域的气流不会互相干扰,并且使得上层气流能继续传输到下层等优点。
