本发明公开了一种飞机活动翼面整流条、模具及其制造工艺,所述飞机活动翼面整流条包括主体层及外膜层,所述主体层为由复合材料对称叠铺且粘贴成的半圆型截面整流条叠层,所述复合材料由半圆型截面整流条叠层底部宽度最大层至顶部方向的叠铺宽度之间减小,本发明选用均质化先进复合材料‑环氧树脂基玻璃纤维材料编织增强的预浸布,采用对称性设计,从材料到制造工艺上保证了整流条内部材料均匀性,固化后的整流条在原材料状态下不变形,避免了后期升降舵装配时产生强迫装配,彻底解决尼龙材料断裂问题;预浸布制造的整流条在热压灌中加热加压固化制成,在后期服役期间不会由于材料性能差异产生不同的热胀冷缩现象,不会发生断裂失效。
