The invention provides an unmanned hydrofoil aircraft. The unmanned hydrofoil aircraft comprises a floating body, a connecting piece, a power system and a task load; the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the floating body, the power system is arranged on the connecting piece and is arranged under the water surface, the power system is used for providing driving force, and the task load is used for detecting underwater and/or overwater information or carrying a load. According to the unmanned hydrofoil aircraft disclosed by the invention, sailing is realized under the action of the propellers through balance of hydrofoil lift force and gravity during movement, and during sailing, the floating body is separated from the water surface, so that resistance is reduced, meanwhile, interference of waves on the unmanned hydrofoil aircraft is reduced, and the stability of the unmanned hydrofoil aircraft can be effectively improved. Through task load, water surface and underwater detection or load carrying are performed at the same time.
