The invention provides a floating wind power platform which comprises a heaving plate, stand columns, cross braces and fin stabilizers, the number of the stand columns is three, the three stand columns are arranged on the heaving plate in a triangular shape, the adjacent stand columns are connected through the cross braces, and the fin stabilizers are installed on the side edges of the heaving plate. Each side edge of the heaving plate is provided with a plurality of anti-rolling fins, the anti-rolling fins on each side edge are arranged in a stepped mode in the vertical direction and are sequentially arranged in the horizontal direction, and the adjacent anti-rolling fins are installed at equal intervals. The heaving motion of the platform can be effectively reduced by arranging the conical stand column, and the stability of the floating body is greatly enhanced; by arranging the fin stabilizer, separation of a fluid boundary layer can be enhanced, and vortex-induced vibration of the stand column is prevented; and the platform can effectively restrain movement of the floating body, the stability of the floating body is enhanced, the load of the floating wind power equipment is effectively reduced, and therefore the economical efficiency of the whole system is improved.

    本发明提供一种浮式风电平台,包括垂荡板、立柱、横撑和减摇鳍,所述立柱设置有三个,三个所述立柱以三角形状布置于垂荡板上,相邻的立柱之间通过横撑连接,所述减摇鳍安装在所述垂荡板的每个侧边上,所述垂荡板的每个侧边上分别设置有多个减摇鳍,每个侧边上的多个减摇鳍在竖直方向上呈阶梯型布置并在水平方向上依次设置,相邻的减摇鳍等距安装。通过设置锥形立柱能够有效的降低平台垂荡运动,大大增强浮体的稳定性;通过设置减摇鳍能增强流体边界层的分离,防止立柱发生涡激振动;本平台能有效抑制浮体的运动,增强其稳定性,而有效减小浮式风电装备的载荷,从而提高整个系统的经济性。
