The invention discloses a shallow sea wind power semi-submersible platform provided with an anti-heaving stand column, and belongs to the field of ocean engineering. The heaving-resistant stand column is formed by butt joint of a lower column body and an upper platform body which are located on the same axis, the downward small end of the upper platform body is connected with the lower column body, and a connecting face formed at the butt joint position is the waterline face of the semi-submersible type offshore wind power platform under the normal working condition. A wind driven generator tower can be placed on the top face of the upper platform body, and the lower column body is immersed in water to provide certain buoyancy for the wind power platform. Compared with a common stand column type semi-submersible platform, the semi-submersible type offshore wind power platform applying the heaving-resistant stand column has good hydrodynamic performance, the stand column structure expanding upwards from the middle can effectively prevent a platform deck from rising waves, the heaving motion response of the platform can be reduced, the problems of mooring relaxation and even grounding caused by large draft change of the mooring system in a shallow water working sea area are solved, so that the safety and durability of the shallow sea wind power platform are improved.
